Three Hawaiian agricultural experts from the University of Hawaii (UH): (L-R) Yukio Nakagawa, associate specialist in horticulture and extension horticulturist, Cooperative Extension Service (CES); Dr. Albert A. LaPlante Jr., associate specialist in entomology and extension entomologist, CES; and Dr. Mamoru Ishi, associate plant pathologist and associate professor of plant pathology, Hawaii Agricultural Experiment Station, are shown discussing vegetable crops on Okinawa with Tatsuo Saito (R), agricultural economist, Economic Affairs Dept., U.S. Civil Administration of the Ryukyu Islands (USCAR).
