Members of the United Service Organization (USO) Committee on Okinawa are shown studying architectural designs of its new building to be built near Koza gate of Kadena Air Base. The new building will house a lounge, game area, a hall, TV room, library and reading nook and a snack bar when it is completed sometime in January.
