The Ryukyu Islands' newest cultural center formally opened its door on May 24. The new Naha Cultural Center has a floor space of 290 tsubo with the ground floor divided into a lobby, library, workshop, classrooms, and offices. The second floor houses a 300-seat auditorium and audio-visual laboratory and studio. The pink, ferroconcrete two-story building in Yogi, Naha was built at a total cost of $70,580 provided by the Office of the High Commissioner.

新しい文化会館が5月24日正式に開館した。新しい那覇文化開館は床面積290坪で、1階はロビー、図書館、作業場、講義室、事務所に分かれている。那覇市与儀の鉄筋コンクリート造り2階建てのピンク色の建物の建築費用合計70,580ドルは、高等弁務官事務所からの支援によって賄われた。
