With a smile, Civil Administrator Shannon McCune (L) makes his contribution to the USARYIS 1963 Consolidated Fund Campaign, in which the Office of the High Commissioner is participating. Accepting the Civil Administrator's contribution is Sgt E-6 Karlis A. Norkus, campaign key man of the Administration Dept., Office of the High Commissioner. American and Ryukyuan personnel of the Office of the High Commissioner may contribute to one or more of the local Ryukyuan-American agencies included in the drive Army Emergency Relief, Scout Fund, Youth Activities, Ryukyuan Tuberculosis Association, Ryukyuan Community Chest, High Commissioner's Scholarship Fund (for Ryukyuan students), Civilian Employees Welfare Fund and/or the People-to-People Athletic Fund. The campaign extends from July 1 through July 31.
