Henry J. Pilgrim (R), an internationally-known management consultant from the Stanford Research Institute, Menlo Park, Calif., called on Chief Executive Seiho Matsuoka (C) of the Government of the Ryukyu Islands on March 22. At left is Kazuharu Nagamine, executive secretary, Management Promotion Council of the Ryukyu Islands (MPCRI). Mr. Pilgrim will conduct the second phase of management consultations and seminars on organization and administration for Ryukyuan managers in the Management Development Program begun here last September. The program is jointly sponsored by the U.S. Civil Administration of the Ryukyu Islands (USCAR) and the MPCRI, through the cooperation of the Council for International Progress in Management, New York.

ヘンリー・J・ピルグリム氏(国際的に知られる経営コンサルタントでカリフォルニア州メンローパークス在タンフォード研究所々属)が3月22日、琉球政府の松岡政保行政主席(中央)を訪ねた。左側に琉球列島経営振興会事務局長ナガミネ・カズハル氏。ピルグリム氏は、昨年9月に開始された経営者啓発継続プログラムにおいて、琉球の経営者を対象とした組織および経営に関する相談およびセミナーの第2段階を実施する。プログラムは琉球列島米国民政府と琉球列島経営振興会との共同後援で、ニューヨークの国際経営改善協議会の協力を通して行なわれる。
