A continuing management development program is underway, jointly sponsored by the U.S. Civil Administration of the Ryukyu Islands (USCAR) and Management Promotion Council of the Ryukyu Islands (MPCRI), through the cooperation of the Council for International Progress in Management, New York.

マーケティング専門家のカール・S・フラー氏(左)は現在訪れている3名のアメリカ人経営専門家のうちの1名であり、セミナーで使用した冊子を宝村信雄氏(琉球開発金融公社総裁)へ贈っているところで、3月11日の那覇ハーバービュークラブで行われた修了式ではマーケティング及び労使関係の講座の受講を終了した琉球人経営者ら18名が出席した。中央は琉球銀行のヤマガワ・モトユキ氏。進行中の経営者啓発継続プログラムは、琉球列島米国民政府と琉球列島経営振興会との共同後援で、ニューヨークの国際経営改善協議会の協力を通して行なわれた。
