Carl S. Fuller (standing), a marketing specialist, one of three currently visiting American management experts, is describing an advertising booklet to Ryukyuan managers at a seminar at the Naha Ryukyuan-American Cultural Center on March 9. His seminar and consultation on business management for Ryukyuan managers is a part of a continuing management development program jointly sponsored by the U.S. Civil Administration of the Ryukyu Islands (USCAR) and the Management Promotion Council of the Ryukyu Islands, through the cooperation of the Council for International Progress in Management in New York.
Participants at the seminar were representatives from the Ryukyu Development Loan Corp., Ryukyu Meat Co., Ogoshi Department Store, Okiko Co., Arimura Sangyo Co., Hoshi Printing Co., Ryukyu Chemical Industry Co., and Bank of the Ryukyus.
