Part 1 shows sunken Ger. ships in the Kiel (Ger.) Harbor; the Europa at Bremerhaven, Ger.; a midget Ger. submarine at Copenhagen, Den.; and scenes of the Belsen Concentration Camp. Displaced persons are fed and treated; POW's remove dead DP's; buildings are burned to fight disease. Part 2 shows the use of a rocket booster to speed falling bombs. Part 3 shows camouflaged Ger. pillboxes in Cortina, It. Part 4 (CB only), Italians learn land mine removal and clear their farms.
