INT, Ambassador presents Japanese flag to LTG Lampert. He passes flag to NCO. LTG Lampert makes speech. NCO places Japanese flag in stand next to U.S. flag. INT, Ambassador and LTG Lampert shake hands with commanders of Joint Forces of the Ryukyu Islands. VS, LTG Lampert, MG Tanberg, CDR 313th Air Defense, MG Herron N.
