PRlNTERS CONGRESS -- Joseph S. Evans, Jr., director, Public Affairs Dept., U.S. Civil Administration of the Ryukyus, is shown speaking to some 1,000 Ryukyuan printers at the Fourth Annual Printers Congress held Jan. 15 at the Okinawa Power Distribution Company Hall in Naha. Mr. Evans commended the printers for their enterprise and confidence in the industry's growth.
