AMERICAN MUSEUM EXPERT Gerald Ober (R), of the U.S. Dept. of Interior's National Park Service Western Museum Laboratory in San Francisco, is welcomed to Okinawa by Ryukyuan cultural and educational leaders. Mr.Ober arrived here May 31 at the invitation of the Office of the High Commissioner to help design and consult on the construction of a new U.S.-financed $150,000 museum for the GRI.
