VISITING JAPANESE TEAM providing technical advice and consultation services to handicapped persons in central Okinawa called on Dr. Gordon Warner (4th from R), incoming Food-For-Freedom and welfare activities officer of the Health, Education and Welfare Dept. (HEW), U.S. Civil Administration of the Ryukyus (USCAR) on Feb. 19. The team is conducting medical and functional evaluation for appropriate rehabilitation measures for handicapped persons under sponsorship of the Government of Japan (GOJ).
