DISCUSS NURSING EDUCATION -- Miss Asako Hirayama (C, facing camera), an instructor in nursing, Institute of Public Health, Tokyo, discusses nursing education with instructors of the Naha Nursing School during a meeting in the school's conference room. Miss Hirayama is visiting Ryukyuan hospitals, health centers and nursing schools to observe and study nursing education, standards, and activities, as a part of a six-week observation tour of the Ryukyus, Taiwan, Hong Kong and South Korea under the World Health Organization sponsorship. She will leave Okinawa for Taiwan on Feb. 22. ≪写真は、東京在公衆衛生院の平山朝子講師（向つて中央）が、那覇看護婦学校の会議室で同看護学校の講師と看護教育について話し合っているところ。平山講師は、世界保健機構の後援で6週間にわたって沖縄、台湾、香港および韓国を視察するが、その一環として沖縄を訪問している。沖縄滞在中、同講師は病院、保健所および看護婦学校で看護婦の教育、基準および活動状況等の視察研修を行っている。なお、平山講師は2月22日台湾向け出発する。≫
