RETURNING SANITARIANS -- Keifuku Nakamoto (standing), chief, Sanitation Sec., Naha Health Center, is explaining the results of training in Hawaii at a news conference held at the conference room of the U.S. Civil Administration of the Ryukyus (USCAR) on July 29. Mr. Nakamoto headed a 14-man team of Ryukyuan sanitarians who participated in one month of field training at the East-West Center, Honolulu, under the sponsorship of the center's Institute for Technical Interchange and USCAR. Others pictured are (back row, L-R): Yoshie Yonahara, sanitarian, Naha Health Center; Seizo Sakihara, sanitarian, Welfare Dept., Government of the Ryukyu Islands; and Omer E. Roller, sanitary engineer of the USCAR's Health, Education and Welfare Dept.
