FILARIASIS EXPERTS -- Three filariasis experts from Tokyo and Manila visiting Okinawa at the invitation of the U.S. Civil Administration (USCAR） and Government of the Ryukyu Islands to evaluate the progress of an intensive antifilariasis program underway in the Miyako Islands group are shown discussing their itinerary with Major Carl Pace (L）, sanitary engineer, Public Health and Welfare Dept., USCAR, on May 17, 1965. The visiting experts are, L-R: Lt. Col. Hugh L. Keegan, chief, Dept. of Entomology, U.S. Army 406th Medical Laboratory, Camp Zama, Japan; Dr. Ching Y.
