NOT LIKE OTHER MEDICINE! -- That could well be the thoughts of this small child on her mother's back as she receives her second dose of sweet-tasting Sabin vaccine under the Ryukyus-wide anti-polio immunization program. And Mrs. Kazuko Sakihama (administering medicine) of the Yabu Women's Club has no trouble in giving the medicine to any of the six months through six years of age children who flocked to the Yabu-Son Office on Monday, Apr. 15. The entire Ryukyus-wide Sabin anti-polio immunization program is a joint effort of the Office of the High Commissioner and the Government of the Ryukyu Islands.

【和訳】抗ポリオサビンワクチン予防接種
「他の薬とは違う！」－甘い味のセービンワクチンを投与された小さな子どもは、母親の背中でそう思っているかもしれない。琉球全域ポリオ予防接種事業のセービンワクチン2回目接種。写真は4月15日（月）、屋部村事務所に集まった生後6カ月から6歳までの子どもたちに、難なく薬を投与する屋部婦人会のサキハマ・カズコさん（投薬担当）。琉球全域セービン株経口ポリオ予防接種プログラムは、高等弁務官事務所と琉球政府による共同事業。
