Soei Yagi (R), director, Day Training Center for Mentally Retarded Children in Haebaru, presents a letter of appreciation to Mrs. John Counts (L), vice president and Mrs. Wayland Dingus (C), welfare chairman, on behalf of the Fort Buckner NCO Club. The club presented an organ and a tape recorder to the center Oct. 20. The presentation was made Nov. 3 at the ground of the center on the occasion of an athletic meeting for the mentally retarded.
