MASTER CAPTION
Two Ryukyuan government officials recently completed a "Management Engineering Training Course" given by the U.S. Army, Ryukyu Islands Comptroller Office. The course included management techniques and was broken down into the principles of organization, work distribution, flow process charting, work count, motion economy, layout studios and case studies in management engineering. The two officials - Motome Kakinohana and Noboru Kaneshima - will use their training to teach Ryukyuan industrialists the techniques essential to officient plant organization and management to increase productivity and profits. Their services are available through the office of the director of the Economics Department or the Ryukyu Industrial Research and Guidance Institute.
【和訳】 米陸軍での研修
琉球政府の2人の職員が、在沖米陸軍計画局が行う管理技術研修コースを修了した。高等弁務官事務所経済局ウィリアム・C・ ライン局長から修了証を受け取るカネシマ・ノボル氏。同様にカキノハナ・モトメ氏にも授与された。写真はカネシマ氏が修了証を受け取るのを見守る琉球政府経済局長与世山茂氏。

琉球政府の2人の職員が、在沖米陸軍計画局が行う「管理技術研修コース」を修了した。コースは管理技術を含め、組織原則、作業配分、フロープロセスチャート、作業回数、動作経済、工場配置と経営工学のケーススタディに分けて行われた。カキノハナ・モトメ氏とカネシマ・ノブロウ氏の2人は研修で得た効率的な工場組織と生産性と利益増加のための不可欠な技術を、経済局長、琉球工業研究指導所長を通じて、琉球の実業家へ指導する予定である。
