Capt. John W. Crowe (L), commanding officer of the U.S. S. Currituck, flagship of the Seventh Fleet Petrol Force, presented more than 100 beautiful dolls to children of the Shuri Blind and Deaf School, on July 1. Accompanying him were Col. (Dr.) Edward J. Dehne, director of the Public health and Welfare Dept., Office of the High Commissioner and Mrs. Dehne (second from L), president of the USCAR Women's Club.
