Representatives of American women's clubs and the Tuberculosis Patients Association (Ryoyukai) are jointly cutting a ribbon marking presentation of a new car to the association. The car was purchased with $1,500 donated by the Kadena Officers' Wives' Club (KOWC) and the Fort Buckner Women's Club (FBWC); each group donated $750. It will be used by the association's personnel to make home visits to TB patients, and to assist in its anti-TB publicity campaigns and education programs. Pictured are (L-R, clockwise): Maj.
