Garland Richardson, wife of the American Consul General; Mrs. Orba Traylor, wife of the director, Finance Department, and President of the club; Mrs. Shultz; Mrs. Paul W. Caraway, wife of the High Commissioner, and Mrs. John G. Ondrick, wife of the Civil Administrator. The chairman of the tea to introduce the newly arrived Mrs. Shultz to members of the club was Mrs. Stevens.
