Civil Administrator Robert A. Fearey discusses the financial activities of the Ryukyu Development Loan Corporation (RDLC) during a visit to the corporation on Sept. 5. At left is Edgar E. Hoppe, acting director, Economic Dept., U.S. Civil Administration of the Ryukyus and at center is RDLC President Teruo Teruya. The Civil Administrator the same day also visited the Bank of the Ryukyus where he was briefed on its operations by President Shuei Sakihama.
【和訳】 琉球開発金融公社を9月5日訪れ、照屋輝男総裁と同公社の業務運営について話し合いロバート・A・フィアリー民政官。左側は米民政府エドガー・E・ハピー経済局長代行。民政官は、同日、琉球銀行も訪れ、崎浜秀英総裁から同行業務運営について説明を受けた。
