Boy Scout Troop 113 presented clothings to the people of the Airaku-en Leprosarium, Dec. 10. Presentation was held in front of the U.S. Civil Administration of the Ryukyus (USCAR) Building and was attended by (L-R) Dennis W. Lewis, scoutmaster, Juan M. Anderson, Assistant scoutmaster; Dr. Enjiro Toda, and Eiki Shimabukuro, case worker, from the leprosarium; and Garland J. Moore (not shown), chief, Welfare Div., Health, Education and Welfare Dept., USCAR.
【和訳】 衣類の贈呈
ボーイスカウト113隊が12月10日、愛楽園の入園者のために衣類を贈呈した。贈呈式は米国民政府で行われ、(左から)スカウトマスターのデニス・W・ルイスさん、副スカウトマスターのユアン・M・アンダーソンさん、愛楽園の戸田圓二郎医師とケースワーカーの島袋栄喜さんおよび米国民政府のガーランド・J・ムーア福祉部長(写真に撮っていない)等が出席した。
