President Yukio Naito (standing at head table) is shown being introduced before the opening meeting of the Second Hawaii-Okinawa Junior Chamber Workshop at the Golden Hall of the Ryukyu Tokyu Hotel, Naha, Okinawa, on April 11. The three-day workshop will discuss Junior Chamber International programs, aims and objectives, and particularly what young businessmen can do to solve problems of the Ryukyus in the fields of education and youth activities, community service, and economic affairs. Dignitaries at the head table were led by High Commissioner of the Ryukyu Islands Paul W. Caraway (to the right of Mr. Naito).

第2回ハワイ・沖縄青年会議所合同研究会の閉会式の前に参加者全員に紹介されるハワイ青年会議所のユキオ・内藤会頭(テーブルで立っている)。閉会式は4月11日那覇市琉球東急ホテルのゴールデンホールで催された。3日間の合同研究会では国際青年会議所の計画、目的、その他、特に教育、生年活動、社会奉仕、及び経済関係の分野で青年実業家たちが琉球の問題をどう解決することができるかということを研究討論することになっている。尚、ポール・W・キャラウェイ高等弁務官(内藤氏の右隣り)も顔をみせている。
