NAHA TEEN CLUB MEMBERS ATTEND CLASSES AT KUBASAKI HIGH SCHOOL ? Twenty one members of the Naha Teen Club were invited to the Kubasaki High School on 24 September as “one day guests” to attend classes with the American students. The one-day visit was sponsored by the Naha Ryukyuan-American Cultural Center as one of its friendship exchange programs for American and Okinawan high school students. This was the third time the Naha Teen Club members were invited to the American school this year. The Naha Teen Club members were invited to the American school this year. The Naha Teen Club was established at the cultural center more than 10 years ago to enhance the English knowledge of the local students. It has membership of some 80 students from the various schools in Naha City and southern Okinawa.

那覇ティーン・クラブ・メンバー、米国人高校で「一日入学」 - 那覇ティーン・クラブの会員21人が、9月24日、「一日入学」で、久場崎米国人高校を訪れ、米国人学生と一緒になって授業を受けた。この「一日入学」は那覇琉米文化会館が琉米高校生の親善活動をはかる趣旨で計画、ティーン・クラブの会員が米人高校に招待されたのは今年に入り3回目である。同クラブは沖縄の高校生の英語力をのばすために10年以上も前に那覇文化会館の中につくられ、現在、那覇市や南部の高校生約80人が会員に入っている。
