CHARLES LLOYD JAZZ QUARTET -- Arrived on Okinawa May 15 for three performances while on tour of Asian cities under the auspices of the U.S. State Department's Cultural Presentations Program. Shown at the Naha Civil Air Terminal are (L-R) Charles Lloyd, composer, tenor saxophonist and flutist; Paul Motian, drums; Jane Getz, piano; and Ron McClure, string bass. At right is Samuel N. Mukaida, Chief, Cultural Affairs Div., Public Affairs Dept., U.S. Civil Administration of the Ryukyus. The first and second performances will be held May 16 and 17 at 6 p.m. at the Okinawa Times Hall in Naha, and the final performance is scheduled May 18 at 7 p.m. at the Koza Ryukyuan-American Friendship Center.

チャールズ・ロイド・ジャズ・カルテット - 米国務省の文化交流事業の後援でアジア各都市をツアー中のチャールズ・ロイド・ジャズ・カルテットが3回の公演を行うため、5月15日沖縄に到着した。写真は那覇民間空港ターミナルで撮影されたもので（左から）チャールズ・ロイド(作曲家、テナー・サクソフォンおよびフルート）、ポール・モチアン（ドラムス）、ジェーン・ゲッツ（ピアノ）、ロン・マクルーア（コントラバス）。右端はUSCAR広報局文化課長サミュエル・N・ムカイダ。第1回および第2回公演は、5月16日と17日の午後6時から那覇市の沖縄タイムス・ホールで開催され、最終公演は5月18日午後7時からコザ琉米親善センターで行われる予定。
