MANAGEMENT PROMOTION PROGRAM -- Five top-level American managers headed by Donald W. Alexander arrived on Sept. 19 to launch a three-phased program designed to improve management skills of Ryukyuan managers. The five senior experts will hold seminars from Sept. 24 through Sept. 30, ending with a panel discussion on Oct. 1 for 100 Ryukyuan and foreign governmental, business, and industrial leaders. The first phase of the program is designed to make clear the practicability and operation of five key managerial functions: organization and administration; internal financial controls; marketing, industrial and human relations; and production and quality control. The experts called on Civil Administrator Gerald Warner (L) on Sept. 20. They are (L-R): Russel Loftus, management consultant; Francis J. 経営能力向上プログラム
ドナルド・W・アレクサンダーを団長とする経営専門家5人が9月19日に来沖し、琉球の経営者の能力向上を目的とした三段階構成のプログラムを開始した。5人は9月24日から30日までの期間に一連のセミナーを実施、琉球と日本の政府関係者、企業、産業界のリーダー100人を対象に、最終日の≪10月1日には討論会が行われるがこれは第一段階で経営上の五大要素である組織管理、社内財務管理、マーケッティング、人事管理、生産品質管理の実践と運営管理を明確にする為のものである。9月20日、ゼラルド・ワーナー民政官を訪問した一行（左から）ラッセル・ロフタス（経営コンサルタント）、フランシス・J・バン・ポペリン（フロリダ州ホート・ローデダル在ジェネラル電気会社エヤコン部元製作部長）、ジャック・C・ステール（シカゴ在アルデン会社副社長監査役事業及び広報部長）、ドナルド・W・アレキサンダー（フロリダ州パルム・ビーチ在ファ・イースト・コンサルタント会社々長）、アール・G・ジョンソン（イリノイズ州シカゴ在アメリカンマーケッティング協会専務理事）。≫
