Civil Administrator Gerald Warner presents a letter to S/Sgt Paul J. Sullivan, president of the Torii Toastmasters Club of Kadena, commending the five Toastmaster clubs on Okinawa for their people-to-people activities and for encouraging self-development of personal confidence and leadership abilities among their membership. DeVito, president of the Domei Toastmasters Club of Naha Air Base. Due to press of other duties Major Marion Mathis, president of the Naha Officers Toastmasters Club, was unable to be present.
