Harold Robinson (3rd from L), former chief, academic and vocational division, Education Dept., U.S. Civil Administration of the Ryukyu Islands (USCAR), left for the United States Oct. 20 after receiving a medical retirement. Mr. Robinson has been with the USCAR Education Department for the past ten years, during which he contributed greatly to the educational development of the Ryukyus. Mr. Robinson will live in Bismarck, North Dakota, with his brother. Shown attending a sayonara luncheon at Harbor View Club, Naha, Oct. 18, are (clockwise): Yoshinobu Akamine, director, Education Dept., Government of the Ryukyu Islands (GRI); and Gerald Warner, Civil Administrator; Mr. Robinson; Gordon Warner, director, Education Dept.; Mrs. Jeanette K.
